By using Axion Studio you agree to the terms below. We update this document as the product evolves; we'll email anyone affected at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.

Beta access is provided at no cost during the invite-only period. Public pricing kicks in at launch (Q3 2026). Beta workspaces retain a permanent founder discount on whichever public tier they choose.

You retain ownership of: every brand asset you upload (reference photos, logos, brand guidelines), every output generated for your workspace, and the brand LoRA we train on your behalf. We don't claim license to your content beyond what's strictly required to deliver the product.

We don't use your reference assets, generated outputs, or LoRAs to train any model that serves another customer. The brand LoRA is yours; the upstream foundation models (Flux, Recraft, Ideogram, Veo, Kling, etc.) are governed by their respective providers' terms — see /legal/subprocessors for the full list.

The product is provided as-is during beta. We do not guarantee uptime or specific output quality during this period. Production-grade SLAs ship with the public Q3 2026 launch.

Either party can terminate at any time during beta with no penalty. On termination we provide an export bundle (your LoRA, reference set, audit log) within 30 days and delete your data within 60 days unless you instruct otherwise in writing.
